Alrighty, so Friday didn't go quite as anticipated... and you wonder why I don't like the snow?! It's only useful if you're on top of a mountain with a snowboard strapped to your feet. I feel bad for the sophomore reps. They worked really hard and the evening just couldn't play out cause of the weather. Late arrivals due to accidents and assorted other mishaps caused the evening to be pushed way back. But, hats off to Galina, Kate, Joe, and Ashley.
Sorry to say that my poor little Jeep was one of those accidents. I am so glad everyone was ok. No major injuries, just bumps and bruises. I'm sorry it happened to you guys... I brought the Jeep home today. The mechanics can't start work on it till the 15th which kind of sucks, but hopefully everything will go quickly and I will be able to drive it at least for part of break. Hopefully my parents will be flexible in letting me borrow vehicles so I can get around. I really do need to find a job!
I think I have finally decided what I am doing for next year. After a long time of not knowing, random discussions were had and I think I am going to apply for a random roommate. It's a little weird for a junior, but who knows, maybe something good will come out of it.
Munchie was here Saturday night to see the Temps and The Four Tops with us. We had a really good time! I knew more of the music than I thought I did, and they just put on a good show in general. It was def fun. I have to check out more stuff at Jorgensen.
So finals are upon us. I haven't decided yet if I am happy or sad to be leaving on Saturday. Some things I need to get away from, but others I will miss. I am looking forward to a completely new schedule in the spring. I need the change! I hope I do well this semester, though, cause my GPA sure could use a boost. We'll see...
Alright, back to the books. I don't start till Thursday, but I might as well take advantage of the time I have.
