Its fr-fr-fr-freezing!
Alright, I have had enough of this winter thing. It is supposed to be -40 tonight. Ridiculous! Publc schools are cancelled for tomorrow! It's that cold!
The mouse had me up from 1:30-230 this morning. He was chewing on something inside my yaffa block... honestly, don't mice sleep? I mean, they aren't nocturnal, so what the hell? So I had to get up out of my nice warm bed at 2:30 this morning (I couldn't take it anymore, he was so annoying) and move 4 yaffa blocks across the room. He didn't wake me up after that. The fun part was when he almost ran across my foot. I definitely would have flipped out. I mean, he's very cute... till it touches me.
Dad called at 11 and told me that he was coming home today. So I did crunches, shoveled the sidewalk, vacumed the whole house, ran the dishwasher, did the dishes, and now his train is broken down in New Haven. What sucks is that they have no heat and some of the doors are stuck open. Yeah, that sucks a lot.
I talked to Jeff tonight. I must say, I very much enjoy and look forward to his call every day. It comes somewhere between 9-10 pm, usually when I think "Hmm... maybe he isn't calling today." It's nice, and it gives me something to look forward to. I don't want to go too public on all this, but things are better than they have ever been right now. I kind of wish we could freeze it right here, cause I know once we get back to school things will get all crazy and we will start to react to the stress toward each other. I hate that! But even with all that... I am so happy. This is so good for me... for both of us... Yeah. Just trust me on this! ;)
So it turns out I can not wait until I get back to school. I desprately need to break the pattern of boringness in my life. It will be good to get back to everyone. Even if it is madness at times, at least it is madness in decent company. (*sigh*) Two more days I guess...
That being the case, I am going to hit the sack. I don't think I am quite tired, but sleeping passes the time nicely.
