Woah. Suddenly my Blog has a personality. Where was all this cool stuff when I first started?! My apologies for the colorful entry tonight, but I am excited!
Good news from the box tonight. I was collecting my tolls when I looked up at the next car and realized... woah, PRESTO! So I saw Tony, which was pretty cool. He gave me a picture of the world's cutest one-year old (For tomorrow... HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY JACK!) and I get to keep it. :)
I had a really great weekend with <3 Jeff <3. It was sad when it came to a close though. I'm always sad when he leaves. I mean, I know I will see him again, but I never know when, where, or for how long. The uncertainty is my biggest issue right now, and sometimes it makes me second guess things. Fortunately for me, I have someone who loves me very much, looks out for me, believes in me more than anyone I know, and does everything to make me happy. I'll save the rest of the sappiness, but I love you babe!
Apartment shopping is going well. I am finding the things I want and need one by one and not spending too much money! I am very anxious to get back to UCONN. The Pike makes for a long summer made up of even longer days. Some days I wonder where all the time has gone, and how it can already be July 19. Other days I think: only half over. Oh well. Before I know it, I will be moving in, preseason will be in full swing, and then the season will be over. It moves so quickly... I only wish I could appreciate it more!
Alrighty, unfortunately, time is flying by. I need to get some rest... retreating to the featherbed, that is. ;)
