So my bi-annual case of ADD has just started... also, studying for finals. Coincidence? I think not, my friend.
I hate to think that at the end of this week lies 4 long weeks at the stupid Pike. For everyone else this is winter "break"... in my case, it is winter "do different (more monotonous and annoying) work somewhere else". Can't wait... yuck. To think of all the fun I will miss out on by working... stupid Pike!
This past weekend was fantastic. Jeff was here Thursday night, after the IV Christmas celebration. It was tons of fun, and then great to see Jeff afterwards. (And Lauren too, for my haircut!!!) Friday night was the banquet, which was AWESOME. I think I had a better time at this one than at the past 2 combined. The sophomore reps did a great job. And Munch, Katie & Lisa will never believe me but we spent the whole later evening dancing. :)
Yesterday Jeff and I went to my aunt's house for lunch. Who knew that Jeff would spent 3 hours in the living room with my 5 and 10-year old cousins playing with Beyblades? So we found out that he really is a kid at heart. He concludes that he can "act like a child and get adult priviledges... so why grow up???"
Murph inherited my aunt's old hamster's 10-gallon tank, wheel, water bottle, and HAMSTER BALL! That was a riot. I've never seen an animal run into more walls. It was hilarious. But Murph's paws seem to be healing, and he seems to be quite content in his new home!
I guess I should be getting back to stupid studying. Stupid finals. Stupid Pike. Wish I was FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
