Subject: Groundhog Day and Jeff
**Note: the two are not related**
I never fully understood Groundhog Day. If he sees his shadow, 3 more months of winter. If he doesn't see his shadow, 3 more months of winter. So... whyyyyy do we bother? And I was watching him on t.v. this morning, the poor little bugger, someone pulled him out of the ground and was holding him in front of the camera. The reporter was actually trying to question the groundhog himself, but the groundhog (ultimately more intelligent than the human being) pushed the microphone away. (---Makes you wish President Bush would sometimes do the same when he has nothing to say, doesn't it?)
Meanwhile, Jeff has come... and gone already... for his weekly visit. I'm definitely lonely without him! I enjoy his company and all the laughs (and pouts) we have when we are together. I feel like I spend 99 percent of my time anticipating his arrival, and once he actually gets here, days can go by in a matter of seconds. It's a shame, cause I really honestly enjoy those days!
Back to work... but thanks for the study break.
