Subject: Hell yes.

I can smell that marathon!!! I had a great run today... I am thinking of doing the Boston Half in October... what a great birthday present it would be to be halfway to my ultimate goal? As of right now, I COULD run a half... it wouldn't be very impressive, but it is so encouraging to know that I could run it if I were to do it tomorrow! I think seeing Ash last night inspired me... if she can do it, so can I.

So last night I went to Southington with Annabelle to watch the hottest boys ever (Matt, Tony, Jeff D, RJ, Joe & Timmer) play softball. I ran into Katie H, Ash, and Sarah! How crazy is that? Who knew the world was so small? I was so excited to see them, and it was really great to hang out for a few hours. Afterwards, Annabelle and I went out with the boys and had some drinks (I drank water... after the Cape, I think I'm taking a leave of absence from alcohol for a few months) and then Annabelle and I headed home. It really was a lot of fun... I miss them all.

I love my job working with my toddlers. They are so amazing. It's so great to be there every single day because the kids really build up bonds with you unlike during the year when they see 30 teachers a week. It is so great. I love these kids and I will miss them SO much next year... good thing I am doing field work in PRESCHOOL with them!!!!!!

Bad thing about today: my allergies are killing me. My nose is stuffy and my throat was so sore today. I've been looking everywhere for something that will soothe it. Ugh... the only bad thing about spring and summer!

I am about to embark on my first laundry caper in Norwegian Wood... I kind of wish I had some moral support!!! Maybe I'll go seek out Emily to help me.

On a less happy note: Why do such awesome things make me so damn sad?
