well alright!

so last night was not fun! it was a weird night... ended in a lot of obscure randomness in my journal. it wasn't all bad though. i think it was partly due to the fact that i watched DEAD POET'S SOCIETY for the first time ever, and it was really good, but it made me look deeply into everything i was already thinking. i think way too much. sometimes i hate it, other times i think it is my best assett. i have a hard time deciding if i really enjoy looking deeper into everything. but then again, i know i couldn't stand to be one of the shallow people, ya know? urgh. to be deep and introspective, or not to be deep and introspective... THAT is the REAL question, my friends...

today: stats, stopping by to "visit" my advisor (aka figure out what to take next semester), then back here to feed RHO, the coolest beta fish ever :) then i went with joe to buckley where we ate with a million people, and then to lauren's room for rich's haircut. after that, i came back, and went to brass. melissa milios and i were the only 2 people today: woohoo! and i just might have figured something out to make me be able to get a sound out... but we'll see about that. after brass, i went to dinner with girosky, and then to the batting cages with him and clark. haha, good times. i got home and registered for my classes. let's see what we got:

total: 16 credits... you know what that means: another busy semester... urgh.

sooooo marvin gave me the contact info for a girl named liana who is interested in coming to UCONN and the UCMB. she'll be here tomorrow, so maaaaaybe i can get in touch with her. (that's marvin's plan, anyway...) that would be cool: i wish i could do more recruiting, but let's face it, everyone from southbridge? no one cares about music. blah to them!

future plans for my BLOG:

WELCOME TO MY NEW ONLINE JOURNAL!

so ok, i admit, i am sort of biting off of some other people. but you know what? i am sick of people not being able to post in response to my online journal. i like to have some sort of feedback sometimes... and so, yesterday i was talking to Tony and he directed me here... so now, count me in!

it was so beautiful outside today! half the day i wore a sweatshirt, and was just right, and the other half of the day i wore a spaghetti strap tank top and was hot! man... it was so nice out. too bad i had classes from 9:30 until 6 with only a small break. :( oooohhh well. i am sure there will be more beautiful days to come!

concert band went really well today! good thing b/c we have a concert on tuesday! after that i had marvin's interview for the position next year. hopefully he'll get it, i really like having marvin around. he has my vote. :)

so my english teacher did a cool thing today: we went outside, and he layed out 3 rows of 12 feet or so of brown paper, threw a crapload of markers on the ground, and told us to stand fingertip to fingertip. then we did a relaxing exersize (<-- i still can't spell that for the life of me) and after that, he put on 10 minutes of jazz music and told us not to let our markers stop moving. we wrote and wrote and wrote... and it got pretty random. i can't wait to see what we all wrote down. it was cool. plus, we got to be outside for like 20 minutes. hells yes!

alrighty... enough for now. i am watching miss congeniality, and doing laundry (hoooo boy) so... i'm gonna go do that!
