So, it's been awhile!
Busy week! Games in Bridgeport on Sunday and Tuesday... who has basketball games at 9:30 at night? So we got home really crazy late... and didn't get a lot of sleep obviously. Sunday Jeff was really sick, so he stayed in his room Monday and slept for 13 hours! Then Tuesday, I woke up pretty sick, so I stayed in bed all day in order to get to the game at night. Definitely a crazy week. I am glad it is almost over, and I only have one class tomorrow. I think I may have a date tomorrow night :) to go see a movie so I am looking forward to that.
I have an apartment! I am living with Becky Neville, her roommate Amanda, and her friend Sheri up in Hilltop. I am so excited! I've never done this "fending for myself" thing, but I think it is going to be an awesome experience and so much fun. So, hooray for that! I can't wait to get in there! Housing at UCONN has become a real life disaster, so I am glad to not have to worry about it for now. I know so many people that got kicked out of housing. It really sucks, and especially for music majors! They need practice rooms and stuff, so it sucks.
I did get my ear pierced last Friday. It hurt like hell! It's actually feeling much better today than any day. The cartilage is still bruised and really sore, but it looks much better and doesn't throb anymore. Why did I do this again?
Saturday and Monday are the Women's Sweet 16, and then hopefully we will be going to sunny
NEW ORLEANS next weekend... it is 80 degrees down there!
