CONGRATULATIONS, AUNTIE KATIE! that's right folks... yesterday katie's older brother mike and his wife jen became the proud parents of little 8 lb 7 oz mariana cecilia! soo cute, congrats kates!

i had the jeep again today, which was cool. i went and got schwab and after eating, we came back to (dirty) southbridge and watched storm of the century (long, but all around fabulous movie) and the we ate again... it was 10:00 by the time i dropped schwab off and was returning to southbridge. i went to munchie's with lisa and we watched jackass: the movie. to anyone who was like me and said "what a stupid idea for a movie"... yeah, i laughed my ass off. it was hysterical. i was rolling, choking, on laughter. good stuff. and then we spent at least a half an hour afterwards rolling around on the floor laughing of our own accord. it was a great time.

so i am really happy about this summer... so far, i have gotten back closer with my friends from home. i realized the things that i missed the most about them (munchie's... hahaha, lisa's random comments, and katie crying every time she laughs... or screams) i really missed these guys! it's been so great getting back with them...

...but i miss my uconn-ers... :(

i'm going to wallingford tomorrow! katharine michelle and i are gonna have a few minutes of QT (or m.o.t.?! ohhhh snap! lol) and then it's off to dave's where we are meeting up with the margaret (oh yes, straight from flo po loooooooooong island!)... i am so excited! i can't wait to see them!

i think i am having an allergic reaction to the world right now... ugh! and we're all out of nyquil!

today was decent. i woke up at 10 and went and got my mail at my aunt's. i just want all my faithful blog readers (or just tony) to know that i can now drive standard and i drove it all day yesterday and today and LOVED it. i have the standard bug! it's so much more fun than automatic, now i know what my mom has been talking about. lol. so anyway, i got my mail, then came back and went to munchie's to bask in the sun. i got some decent color. we went to dresser hill for food and then i dropped her off to pick up her dad's car. i came back here, worked out, showered, and vaccumed the whole house (I REALLY NEED A JOB... OR EVEN A HOBBY AT THIS POINT!) and then at 7 lisa, katie, leo and munch came over. we talked, had ice cream, then played a game of clue (munch won, and how, i'll never know... but it was col. mustard in the library with the lead pipe) and then a game of pictionary. katie and i had amazing chemistry as a team for pictionary, but then lisa and munch somehow came back and kicked our ass. we were stuck on the same square for at least 20 different things. no fun! katie and leo left, and lisa, munch and i had a second go-around with ice cream (oh hell yeah!) and then they left, so here i am...

...and here i go, to write in my own journal and go to sleep.

so this afternoon, as i was running around the block, i "wrote" the most in-depth entry to you... in my head, of course. so none of it is here.

last night was amusing. my friends from home (munchie, katie, sherri, jay, joe, leo) and i went to worcester with the intention of going clubbin. well, when we got there, the place we had scouted ended up being full of punk rock kids... and while i don't mind the scene, my friends DO. so, instead, we found a few other good places, none of which were having an 18+ night last night (naturally) and then ate... then came back here to drink. it was entertaining... leo was wasted, which was amusing.

this morning, woke up early (if you consider 9:30 "early") to drive katie home. then i came back, crawled back into bed, where i crashed until 12 when my dad came home. when he left again, i got ambitious and worked out and went running (oh yes, i went running in the pouring rain today. it felt really good!) after that, shower, and dad came home with food. ate, and then hit the futon again b/c i was wiped. i've been so tired lately.

tonight, i have done nothing. walked around the house, watched some tv, listened to music, played the sims for awhile. (this is a great way to waste time, maggs, you were so right)
