The past two days were spent in Maine with Munchie, Katie, Lisa, and Sherri. It was a good time... we beached it ALL DAY on Tuesday, then went to the hotel and showered, got dressed up pretty and went to dinner. After dinner, we went shopping! I did really well... in fact, I did well the whole trip! But I got a few things at GAP. After shopping, we went to Starbucks, then back to the hotel where we had a really good time messing around, talking, and taking a million pictures. It was a very good time! Wednesday we went to the beach, then went downtown to do some shopping and then we went to get ice cream at Brown's (best damn ice cream ever) and then... home.
Due to circumstances out of my reach (i.e. this is a PUBLIC blog), I will just say that I don't think this "vacationing with the girls" thing will ever be happening again. But we had fun while it lasted, and now I can finally say that I have a nice tan! (A little red and painful right now, but it will be tan soon!) I even used sunscreen!!!!!!!
My mother bought me a hermit crab. He is so cute! But he kept me up all night. I think he was excavating his entire tank. When I woke up, he had his hermit hut almost on it's side and he was half under it, he had the food shell in the water shell and the water shell was nearly upside down, and there were really huge hills in the sand that weren't there when I went to bed. (And that was one really long run-on sentence.)
Sadly, today marks my return to the toll booth. Oh well... only 13 more days there and then I am going to school! Speaking of... I can't believe I move in in 15 days! That is crazy... the summer flew by for once.
